Hi! I get this error message "Motorola USB modem has not passed windows logo testing to verify it's compatability with windows XP. This hardware will not be installed".I have searched and searched the threads and can't find a solution.I have installed motorola phone tools software but cant access it. Please help

Assuming you're not on Vista x64, change your driver signing policy to at least "warn" instead of "block".

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware tab -> Driver Signing
