Need Help on Restoring "ring.mp3"

I have a new Verizon V3c phone that I received a couple of days ago, yesterday, I was uploading a couple of MP3s to the phone, after finally figuring out how to do it using PST and PK2Commander.

Usually what I do is delete the “MyTones date base file” and the “Temporary Tones date base file” upload my music or delete the files I don’t want and then restart the phone, usually it works. This time I accidentally deleted the file “ring.mp3”, I thought it was another MP3 song I had uploaded.

The good news is that I backed up the file “ring.mp3” and both of the database files before deleting. The bad news is that the phone keeps restarting every 20 seconds, or like 2 seconds just after the wall paper, and messages/menu/contact screen load up, so I have no where near enough time to upload ring.mp3 back , because the connection between the PC and the connection drops when the phone restarts.

Anyone have any ideas on where I should go from here? Any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
