V325 MP3 problem - MPT says "unsupported format"?

Followed the directions on here for getting MPT to work. I am in the Multimedia Studio, everything seems to be working fine. I cut an MP3 down to about 45 seconds. I've tried using a .wav as well. In either case, I get "unsupported format - no conversion possible" when trying to transfer
Any ideas?

Don't use Multimedia Studio -- it can cause problems with the file when it does a conversion.
Just use the File Transfer option in MPT and move the files to the Audio folder on your phone (in the right-hand box). You may want to shorten the file to 20-30 seconds. I've done 30 second mp3's without any problems but haven't tried anything longer.
