l6 problems, please help!

I have an L6 that I got on ebay, didnt do my reaserch and realized that it was a european model. It is unlocked but I cannot recieve or send picture messages AND I cannot access the internet. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
I have been on the cingular website to no avail as well. Is there a way to re-program the phone to work with the us systems?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

It is because Cingular's Settings are not programmed into it. I don't personally know how to hack, but there are various websites that would allow you to put Cingular WAP/MMS settings onto it.
