I need serious help. I'm in dire need right now. I'm visiting a friend in another state and I don't have all my resources available. That being said, I dropped my phone and now it's not turning on. When I try to turn it on, it key lights light up for about 2 seconds and then stop. I've tried taking out the battery, SIM card, and plenty of other things, but to no avail. Also, when I put it in the charger, the main screen lights up and the smaller screen says that it's charging battery, but I still can't do anything about it! This has happened before but I was able finagle my way into working it. Please help!!

I'd consider bringing it into a service center to look at it.

I took it into T-mobile, they did nothing other than offer to send to a replacement. BUT, unless I'm mistaken, no solid provider carries the v3i in the U.S. yet, so I can't do anything dealing with the warrenty. I was just hoping there was something I can do like some sort of reset that'd work. I wouldn't even bother if I didn't turn at all, but it still has some things working. The lights on the num pad still light up every time I try and turn it on. I'm at point where I'm on my knees. Please help, someone!

If you have a spare phone to use, send it back to motorola to get repaired. I've done it twice and they replaced the phones both times and unlocked and unbranded.

That's the problem, I'm not in the state I reside in and don't have the time or luxury of having another spare phone to use or the ability to send it. I just to see if I can fix it. My last resort is sending it to Motorola. Which, in all honesty, seems to be the obivious last choice. I'm just hoping I'll get a reply that won't remind me that I can send it back or use a spare, you know? Thanks.
