slvr l7 stuck in bootloader

I just got a new slvr l7, I had a v3 before this and felt i was fairly good at flashing. I had screwed up some thing on the slvr and decided to flash it with a monster pack (r4517), I did this using pst. It reported that it finished successfuly and automaticly restarted the phone, but it just brought up the bootloader again. So I tried manualy restarting but got the same affect, it just automaticly goes to the bootloader, and will not shut off. I've tried reflashing with rsd but it didn't change anything and was also "successful" in flashing it. another odd thing is that the bootloader version is 0A.52, is this even possible I havn't read of anyone else with this bootloader.

Any help at all would be realy helpful . Alternitivley I might need a good excuse to tell cingular why I want a phone exchange LOL .

If the answerto this is posted somewhere else plz tell me I've been searching all night.

Thanks for the response but that sadly doesn't work, I had the battery out all night put it back in and have the same problem.

Does mention any errors on the bootloader screen?

nope I get no errors on the phone and no errors from mff, or rds.

One other possible odd thing is that the sw version is R4517_G_08.C4.25R the 25R seems abnormal. Don't know if this makes a difference

I also have a SLVR L7 iTunes with bootloader 0A.52 and software version R4517_G_08.C4.25R. Just got it about 2 weeks ago. I have been unable to flex/flash the phone with software for the 0A.20 bootloader. (maybe a good thing?) It ends in error code 84 and when I restart, everything is the same. After searching the web for several hours this is the only reference I have found made to this bootloader for the SLVR. I have found several instances where this bootloader (0A.52) was mentioned for the RAZR V3. I am trying to remove the cingular lock from my phone, and I think I have found the correct MonsterPack. I am wondering if anyone knows how to change the bootloader, or if this is even possible? I have found a reference to a RAZR V3 bootloader downgrade. If 0A.52 runs on the RAZR V3, will 0A.20 run on my SLVR?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I am new to the phone and this forum so here I go.
I tried to (stupidly I must say) remove iTunes to replace it with a hacked version in:
Cingular SLVR L7
Flex: GSTROYBCIN01NA1A8
S/W Version: R4517_G_08.C4.25R
Bootloader: 0A.52

iTunes does not work anymore and I did not back it up properly before the removal.
So the thing is that. like other posters here, I am looking for a stock MP to restore my phone to original condition.

Any help locating the files will be greatly appreciated, I have been searching with no luck for a few days.

Best,

ERV

Here is an uploaded stock MP (Cingular) by R^7Z from the modmymoto forums. Flash with RSD Lite and it should give you no problems.
Cheers

Thans, tfranci, A little late for my previous prob. I just had the phone replaced. but for some reason i could recieve text messages but not send them, and flashing with this solved the prob in no time

P.S. this time i did make a back-up before flashing
