I want to buy 8125 without data plan (in USA). I see that only t-mobile let you buy one without data plan. Not amazon not wirefly. What are my options. I know I can buy an unlocked phone on ebay. Other than that is there any good place to buy an unlocked 8125 or with 1-2 yr agreement without any data plan.

IF you just want a phone, ebay is the way to go. Why you want this phone without using any data is beyond me but I guess that's your choice.

Agreed. As a phone it is a huge pain in the a$$, but for data it is great. I programmed all of my numbers with voice dial, so that helps, but I would never chose this just for the phone function.
