I have a Verizon E815 running on Alltel and the phone wouldn't work when roaming last night. Looking for ideas.

OK, let's try this: Please go to your Alltel E815 phone and press menu/Phone Info/Other Information/PRL Version.

What does your phone say- (should be a 5-digit number).
