sony ericsson j220a, is it possible to send games to it?

where can i find free games for my phone and what type of file should it be? i downloaded a bunch of games to my pc and they are all .jar files. i tryed to send one of them to my phone as an attachment from my email and it says it was removed! file not supported. i wish i could just use a damn data cord but of course my phone doesnt support it.. grrrrr i have searched all over to try to find out how to do this and theres not much info on my phone besides the bad reviews i found. 
can someone please help me... also is it possible to get any other ringtones besides poly's?

J220a is not a java enabled phone. Figured that out the hard way.
