Help! cingular branded unlocked v3 with tmobile

I just got a cingular branded unlocked v3 and I have tmobile. I configured it from tmobile site. I can call & message fine. I can send pic msgs. But when I use my t zones it doesn't work right. I can download ringtones but no games, It says device is unsupported. I can look at my album and search on the web but i cant use mapquest and some other things. I called tmobile they said because it is branded cingular i wont be able to use tzones. I told them I can download ringtones, she said no I cant, I said i did, she checked my records and said well i dont know how. I told her if i can use tzones to download ringtones why cant i get games. She was no help. Can anyone tell me how i can unbrand my phone or get it to work right with my tzones.

one solution is to got either planetmotox.net or motomodders.net and download and install a TMobile monster pack or flex. that will give you all of the default TM settings. this will wipe out all of your installed components, so back up your contacts, pics, ringtones, games, etc. you will also find TM websession files there that may help without actually reflashing your phone, so maybe try this first.

i was having the same problem when i bricked my wife's v3 and used an unlocked cingular monster pack to fix it for t-mo service (now its t-mobular phone) have to change settings using seem edits and mma edits

Flashing the T-Mo flex is the quickest way to get it up and running just like a T-Mobile RAZR.
