Replaced LCD - no camera (V3x)

Simply put, my brother dropped my V3x in a nightclub one night, causing the internal LCD to crack. I ordered a new one from cnn.cn and mated it to the existing PCB and the external LCD. Although it works, neither of the cameras do. The screen is simply black when the camera is started.
I've firmly checked the connections and they're ok. Is there another fault somewhere?
