sharp 903 data cable/2gb mini sd

i know all about the 2gb mini sd hype thats been aound for ages, but i was wondering has anybody tried using the 2gb mini sd card with a data cable. because iv heard that unlike bluetooth it lets you save directly to the memory card and can access it through the pc so you wount have the trouble with the info on the card not being readable on a pc after its been formatted by the sharp 903. have any of you lot tried it?
