Moto V220 & C370

Hey, could someone please help me out and either send me the firmware/flex for the V220 and if possible the C370. Or atleast point me in the direction of where i can get them. I also have the T720 but i have no way of connecting that one to my computer.
Every post in this forum just seems to be a run around without any solution to the files. Im with Rogers if that matters.
