Cannot pair HS820 after flashing. Need RAZR 04.08.00R?

I recently flashed my Verizon RAZR V3c with the Alltel firmware but much to my chagrin, I could not get my motorola HS820 bluetooth headset to work after flashing the phone. I understand from these forums that the new firmware should fix this. Any idea where I can find the software or otherwise solve this problem?
