Ebay W810i Housings - Verdict?

I've seen some silver, red, and midnight blue housings on ebay for the w810i. My question is how are they? I imagine that they are not OEM but how do they compare to the real thing? The thing that I fear about these housings is that cheap faceplates are usually white plastic painted with terrible paint. Scratches reveal the white underneath. Anybody have experience with ebay housings for the w810i?

I haven't bought w810i plates yet but ones I purchased for another phone were dissapointing at best.

I am interested in knowing too. I want to mod my w810 with a red front and red k750 back.

I bought the blue one and was disappointed. Less than perfect fitment, chepaer plastic means tabs break easier. No scratching problems though.

I wouldn't go for it. It's cheap painted plastic that will chip off.

Damn. Maybe we could paint the plates ourselves? Does the LCD screen come off or is it glued on to the front plate?

lcd's are held in place by double sided tape.
