Removing "my number: before selling important?

I have 3 or more phones here that I want to pratically give away but they have my number still in them.
Are they gonna require a trip to the carrier to remove or a data cable or does anyone worry about this?
One phone is a Moto v60 and a Moto 252 and a Nokia 3285.
