Help adding ringtone to razor 3m

I have searched thru many posts and cannot find a solution. With my son's Razor 3m, when i try to add file to brew (ringtone folder) I get a message my provider doesn't allow transfer of files to this folder. Is there a way around this? I am using bitpim.

I also tried some ringtones on 4shared so please try to get them and let me know if any problems. Thanks to all LINK:
