8125 and mail2web

I have been using mail2web for about 4-5 months at least, and it works great, syncs quickly over the air with contacts, tasks, and is very quick with email delivery. My problem is that today for some reason it isnt working, when i check active sync it says "your account in microsfot exchange server does not have permission to synchronize with your current settings. contact your exchange server administrator" Now i have not touched any of the settings since i set it up, why would it all of a sudden stop working and give me this error message? My 8125 has also been having trouble as of late with dropping all signal, and having a difficult time in recovering the edge network. I think my 8125 is just going to crap, could this have anything to do with the problem? I have soft reset the phone multiple times with no change to the active sync problem.
