e900 or k800?

I'm planning to get a phone for my bf as a present.. I came up with either E900 or K800.. 2 phones that I seriously considered buying over the W900..

Theyre both at good prices right now, and both have very good functions.
E900 is hot but it has a playlist limit to it.. K800 is hot but it's going to come out on Rogers and so EVERYONE will have it.. maybe if i buy brown..

But can anyone give me suggestions on which? Maybe some pros and cons.. thanks.

If your BF is in Canada you probably want to get him the K790a because of the 850 band and the EDGE. The 3G UTMS will do him no good there.

Not to sure about the E900, is that Samsung? I'd say go for the D900 instead because of the Quad Band agan for the 850 MHz which is used to cover rural areals in North America.

Still, between the D900 and the K790a I'd personally go for the K790a mostly because I'm biased towards the camera and flash. If MP3 functionality is more important then the D900 may be a better choice because it has a more common microSD slot.
