I have try to upgrade my I860 to r1c.02.03 and when its gettin phone info it give me a error 10268 cannot read the phone info can anyone help....

Are you using an OEM data cable? Serial or USB?

What are your comm settings on the PC upgrade utility?

yes I'm using an oem data cable and its usb...It works fine if I reinstall r1c.02.01 it only gives me the error with r1c.02.03.....
