GPRS Traffic Counter

I assume that in the USA, GPRS is charged at a flat monthly rate, whereas in New Zealand thru Vodafone one pays for usage, & the charge is draconian. This means that it is essential to maintain a watching brief on one's usage. I have been looking to see if there is a free GPRS Traffic Counter available for my IMate Jam, but to date, to no avail. I would be grateful to know if you are aware if such a download is available & perhaps, if so, how to obtain it.
