V635: No USB Settings after flash Plz Help

Hi I'm using the yager mod on my V635, its been sometime now and I swear I was able to change the USB settings before, however now I cannot the icon is not there under Connectivity. I tried power cycling the phone without the card etc, no work, I even tried formatting the card, no work. Also I noticed there use to be 12 icons on the main menu, now only 6 and I'm not sure how to go back. Any help would be greatfull thx!
