Which flex for V3x?

I have two monster packs here containing the following flexes:
UCSIRIUSEMEAR25221089
USRAZRV3XNRDRXXR25221035
Which one should I use? I intend to change just the flex, leaving the firmware alone (it's a 3 branded unit so just want to get rid of the branding). I'm aware that the first flex above gives a Test Unit message, but I have the flex file to remove that. Just wondering if one is better than the other?
