hay guys i was just wondering if you can help me. i just got a ppc4100
off e-bay the phone is unlocked but everytime i try to use the phone function it tells me the phone is off. if i try to turn it on it asks me for a password
unlock ap is the window that it opens. i only have 2 more tries left . did the guy that sent it to me have a lock?? can i over write it somehow??
