I have a problem with my V3i where it seems that the mp3 ringtones work just fine, but if I have my bluetooth headset on the ringtones no longer work and it is replaced with a generic tone.

I looked in the ring profile I have loaded and the ringtone is in there.

Any idea how I can fix this so that the ringtones play on my phone all the time ?

the v3i doesn't support mp3 through the BT headset, so the generic ring tone is heard.

I am not looking to have the ringtones play through the headset, I am looking to have them play on the phone

Is this possible ?
