Flahsed my V3C and now weird results ?!

I just tried flashing my V3C with Alltell 4.04 software and now I get some weird results... The moto animation comes up, then the Verizon logo/Vcast animation shows up, but then the menus are like a hybrid Verizon/Moto look, red bar at the bottom, moto logos at the top... Hardly any functionality, can't get into settings, got the four icons, no settings menu, then I tried a master reset/clear and I got three icons on the main menu and the phone works but it won't let me use like 60% of the features... what is this? It said successful, boots, works, calls, texts, but basically no menu functions... the phone does have water damage but has been working perfectly for months since... could this be the problem? Its like I have half alltell half verizon software... weird... please help guys...

BTW, I still have all of downloaded ringtones and contacts, its all basic white screen in the background crap, motorola fonts but red theme?!

Oh, and now I have portugese language capability? wtf?
