i855 blank white screen

HELP
My new boost i855 screen went all white. All i can see on the screen is bright white. I pulled the battery and put it back in. Nothing. Ever time i open the phone its just blank. Anyone had this problem before?

Not a hardware issue.... There's several threads in the software forum on this topic (with other Nextel phones, not necessarily the i855, but its most likely the same issue), may have to look around a few pages back....

Anyone had this problem. I saw a couple of i860s with this problem and it seemed that thier problem was the screen cable.
