SLVR L7 P2k Program problems? PLEASE HELP!!

I have a Cingular SLVR L7 unlocked for tmobile and i wanna edit the phone and delete locked pictures and sounds and other stuff like that.

my problem is the phone registers on the computer and when i open P2k Manager it says disconnected and phone does go from Loud to Vibrate.
but P2k doesnt react to the phone.

what is wrong?

is anyone else having the same problem or can help me with this problem?

i would really appreciate it.

also its already in Data/Fax Connection.

i have tried the MotoX P2k program with Drivers.

i installed it and it still says disconnected?

Can anyone help.
