Verizon V3m Bitpim? Or???

I am trying to hook my wife up with wallpapers and ringtones via bluetooth on her Verizon V3M and am having some troubles. I found a great guide on my LG VX9800 on this site and it suggested Bitpim. I have been using it for a few months with my phone and figured hers would be just as easy... not so much. Should I be trying a different piece of software for the V3M?

Any advide out there for the best software to use for transferring ringtones, mp3s, and images via bluetooth from the computer to a Verizon V3M?

I'm pretty sure you can use bitpim for bluetooth, but if you can't just use a cable (you should have one laying around if you have a digital camera).
