I just got my 860 replaced by a service center 3 times the first time was because it was bad, but the second time was because my texting wouldn't work on the net or from the phonebook, so I took it back again and they replaced it a third time due to this and it still does the same. When I try to text from the net it tells me that theres a new way to text, so I try the new way which is through the phonebook and no dice. it used to work with the my old 860. I called CS and I used to work for a svc center. I just haven't worked there in a year.

I was having this problem too, all I did was call up 611, tell them I needed to change my phone model, I had to give them the model, and IMEI, they had me call some 1-800 number, it activated the process, then, within 24 hours, wah-lah... back in textin' business...
Also, don't forget to call from a different phone.

But they already have my MSN, SIM and IMEI number in their system. I know this because I still know people in the Service Centers. Any other suggestions?

That's all I got... you might wanna check with CS to make sure it's correct...
I know that as soon as I did it... I was back in business (in 24 hours).
