has anyone recieved their blackberry??
i know i won one but i have yet to recieve anything not even an email saying i won one...

I'm with you I sold the required amount and I have yet to hear from them. I know all my sales we're entered correctly too. I know the new promo is for the first 3ooo to qualify but the Blackberry I don't recall seeing that.

I contacted the rewards team and someone replied and told me that I won a 7130. They didn't specify a delivery date, nor did I ask since I am in no rush to receive that piece of garbage. I sold between 15 and 20 8700 units and thats the thanks I get.

I just talked to the people at the rewards center and they told me that it takes 60 days after the contest to actually see your points. Then after the points are added they will start thinking about sending out any prizes.

Hmm, we were told that the BB contest had been changed. Its reward points ONLY. No BB's will be rewarded.

I think all these incentives are BS. I've never seen anyone get a phone from one of them...

I won a razor last year. They were good about getting them out to us on top of that.

every single contest ive been in.. LG, Samsung,Palm and now Blackberry... i cant believe... and not because i wanted a 7130 or a 8700 but because i wanted to sell it to help pay for my 8525

but i cant believe they are giving us points.... thats a bunch of BS

I got an email last week telling me i was awarded my points, then today at work i got another letting me know i won a 7130c and will recieve it within 2 weeks

A family member was to receive the 8700. Now I have to go about it another way.

The 7130 isnt crap, just an inferior keyboard. The size isn't substantial enough to warrant a keyboard system of lesser quality.

The fact that those that sold less will get a better device seems unfair.

See it was supposed to be if you sold 5 you got an 8700 and if you sold 8 or more, you got your choice between a 7130c or an 8700, that is what the RIM reps told me buti never got an email asking which one i wanted and i already have a 7130 that was issued to me for my cou, so i have two now....

i cant believe they have stupid contest and half the time we have to be chasing the rep or emailing everyone and their momma for the prize....
its soooo frustrating!!

i got an email a couple of days ago, saying my BlackBerry 8700 will be shipped in 2-3 weeks. i go the same email when i won my treo 650 and it arrived in 2 weeks.
by the way i am in the los angeles, ca area.

I work for an agent, and we actually were entered into the contest, we sell 4 blackberrys we get a pearl. For every 4 blackberrys sold 1 pearl issued one guy I know has 3 already. Yes they gave him 3 pearls, he tried to sell me one lol. The contest was through our blackberry rep tho..

this is amazing as the bb rep i work with said the pearl won't be out for a couple of weeks.

i'm not challenging you. just want to know how to get a pearl to actually sell to customers.

I got my 7130c yesterday...it really isnt as bad as I thought using the little keyboard. The screen is not as wide as I would like. I will be using it until my other rewards phone comes in (8125).
I had to email rewards 2-3 times and complain when almost everyone else in the store won their BB's and I got nothing. Most of their sales were actuallly donated by me so they would win a device! I sold over 30 BB's in the contest period and I should have gotten my choice of device, not the lower end one (I will take a Pearl

)
