please! need help!

please, this is driving me nuts.
i just got last night a RAZR V3m
all i want to do is add ringtones from my PC, to the phone. i found a USB cable that hooks up, and i've tried mobile phone tools, but there's no option for media transfer. please, i really need help on this!

First you have to do a quick seem edit. than go download bitpim.
If you look around you should be able to find out an exact guide

i'v done the edit, i've downloaded bitpim, it wont find my phone...it receives the phone info, but aside from that, it's useless.
