Dear Friends,

I'M not a Cingular user but I bought the 3125 from E-Bay.

When trying to ask from Cingular a warranty, they claim that they are doing it ONLY for their users and I should ask it from HTC.

I send 4 mails to HTC America without their responds.

Someone here can HELP.

Same problem here...HTC actually directs me back to Cingular, and vice-versa.

have you tried CALLING HTC? I emailed when I needed a replacement part, but never got a answer. When I called, i immediately got a person who was able to help me... its just that the guy never emailed me the information so I could order the part
