My 3125 stopped charging!

It stopped charging maybe a week or 2 ago. I never dropped it, never got it wet. I bought another battery that worked in the phone, but wouldn't charge either. Is there anyway I can send the phone back to Qtek or htc or whoever and get a replacement? I can't sell it, I can't use it. I paid $400 for this POS and I want it out of my life, but I want to sell it so I can get the N91 for like 200, as opposed to 500. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
ps - i bought the phone from egadgetdepot, first and last time using them, and they only offer a 5 day return policy because they're such a terrible site.
