More passwords than Duncan Hines has cake

Today is one of my most hated days. 
Why? The system at work asked me to finally replace the expiring password. On the same day, I receive an email from my bank that they are upgrading security and that I will need to change my password next time I log in. Also, I got a new laptop...you guessed it, new passwords all around.
Have you noticed all the pin numbers, passwords and user ids that we use and have to remember? Today I need to come up with at least 4. Productivity for today = zero. Expletives utilized = priceless.
