Hey Guys,

Need a little help here. I had to replace my HT2 today because some my niece dropped my phone and cracked the LCD screen. I have a brand new phone now but it doesn't have the new firmware on it. I called FIDO and of course no help. They had no idea what I was talking about.

Can anyone help.

I believe you are talking about the Over-the-Air updates. It will simply ask you to update at some random point in time. I believe they can be forced if you restart your HT severals times but otherwise you just have to wait for the updates to come to you.
