3125 contact list

is there any way for me to setup my contact list so that it sorts by first name? its really weird right now as some are sorted by first name, and some are sorted by last name. how can i set this up?
also, how do i get my contacts icon back? right now all i get is a folder icon and i'm not sure what made it change.
other than these few quirks, so far i'm loving my new 3125

Change you "File As" setting and it will give you that option. You can do this from the phone (3125) or outlook when you sync. (BTW there is no option for the TyTn for this)
