i need some help here guys im not to familiar with this phones capabilities (motorola v325) i bought the usb cable and the software that came with it i also ha dto update the software about 4 times to get it to recognize my phone but the multimedia studio does not allow me to access it. i just need some help here if someone knows how to access i would be forever in their debt

i tried everything an followed the directions to the letter an everything worked, the multimedia studio comes up but i cant access my pics and audio on my phone
