v3c repair question

Well my v3c has a blown speaker and today I plan to ship it off to get repaired. Im nervous about one thing though. I've replaced one of the screws behing the battery cover to fix a terribly loose hinge and also the screw for some reason kept coming loose all the time so I reaplced it. I was wondering if Motorola will notice that or what when it arrives at the repair center and maybe they wont fix my speakerphone. I dont want to wait 3 weeks and have my phone come back with the same broken speakerphone.
