Need info on flash update Razr

I have a skin problem with my razr v3c, and yesterday i had the .02 version on it, and it worked fine, then i decided to install the new .04 and i got a black screen in the dialing screen and some menus don't work,
Do i need to do anything special to downgrade it to .02?
I tried flashing it back, but now it has the same issues it has with the .04.
it seems like there are overwritten files the the flash doesn't change.
i tried master reset and master clear, doen't help.

Try reflashing again to the .04 or the Alltel flash....also, this may sound weird, but try it on a different computer. I did this on my laptop several times and had a horrible time...then I tried it on my desktop and it went perfectly the first time.
