KRZR K1M Ringtone problem

Sorry, may have posted this twice but:
Anyone else having the problem of their KRZR K1m not playing a different ringtone than that of the master "Call Sound" for their select Contacts that they've set up to ring different? Any other bugs I should know of with this phone before my trial period is over with? Any fixes/new firmware? Morons at Verizon shoved me off with a "network error" explanation (was like talking to a door).

I have the same problem I can't play any of my ringtones or sounds. Can this "network error" be fixed?

I experienced the same problem, although I was using ringtones I made and I'm not sure if you're doing the same thing. I just disabled vibration and it worked.
