Don't want the P990i accept all incoming files!

Hello!
My p990i is accepting ALL incoming files from Bluetooth and Infrared without asking permission!
Anybody know if and how I can make the phone ask FIRST ?
Also, any incoming file goes always to the Messages Folder. What a crap. Anybody know how to select a folder for incoming files?
