iPAQ h5450 and Rogers T68i as modem via BT- How?

Hello:
I'm trying to set up my iPAQ h5450 to use my Rogers T68i as a BT modem using GPRS/GSM to pull/push email and surf. I have a data plan on my Rogers phone accout but could use some help to configure this.
