P990 "Withheld"

My P990 displays "withheld" instead of my friend's names when they call me. Not sure why or if I am miss any settings coz' their names display properly when I call them. Pls share your thoughts. Thanks.

Are your friends' phone numbers in your contacts? Are you looking for Caller ID from the phone company or from your contacts?

Thanks for your comments. My friends numbers are in my phone directory also. I don't think they all try to block their numbers ... This is really bizzard
