Motorola i90 contacts to computer

I am looking for software that can save contacts from some i90's to the computer. In a perfect world, I would be able to import these contacts into Outlook to be synced with a different phone, but I will take what i can get.
If i90 is too old, I can place the sim card into an i730. any help is appreciated!
