Mobile Action?

Anyone here ever used the Mobile Action program? I have it all installed, but it won't recognize the cable I am using. Do I have to download a certain driver? I have done a search on here and nada. The cable I am trying to use is a MV6-DC(s) aka CMOTV60XDAT1.

Any help would be appreciated.

whats the program for? and what phone are u installing it on

Oooopsss......that was my Noobism kickin' in.

The program allows you to manage all the stuff on your phone such as pics, mp3's, contacts, ringtones, blablabla. www.mobileaction.com is the site. (I am not spamming...trust me.) And the phone I am using is Moto V551. The program goes on your computer and you access it via a usb cord. I got the cord on ebay a while back.

Anyways....like I said, any help would be appreciated.

well those type of applications(by saying those i mean applications having to do managing of files with computer thru usb) most of the time dont work on the vxxx series or even on the razr. i donnot know what the exact problem is, but i think those fones are not "smart" enough to carry those programs cuz they never worked for me. Sorry, i hope someone can clarify this more.

Well THAT blows goats, then. I at least have the data cable. I guess I will have to research and find out if I can download other programs that will work for me. I have a feeling the company who owns the software has a propriatory cable that you have to buy from them, and you can't just use any old cable you buy off of ebay. Who knows.
