I've had my W810i since Saturday and I have a question regarding the sound quality during a call.

Periodically the signal seems to "hiccup". There are certain times when the incoming signal will drop out or become garbled for like half a second. It'll be enough to chop off part of a word.

It doesn't happen constantly, but every 15 minutes or so, there will be a 3 minute period where this happens.

Is this normal? If not, is it the result of my W810i being a little wonky or is it a network issue?
