In the middle of alltel flash to my v3m, "fixing MMS" phone goes white

hey everyone, as the title says, was doing alltel flash 4.0.4 (or whatever) and when i went to do the step "fix mms", after completing and "restarting phone", the phone loads up only to a "M" (motorola symbol) on the outside display, and just a white screen on the inside, nothing is accessable
please help, dso i have to reflash? ( i have not done any skins, so i dont think its that error)

alright, i just tried to reflash, now i get just a black screen with some icons, please let me know how to get back the skins
i tried to use p2k, but it freezes everytime i try to select th phone under the dropdown menu

what does the flash fix?
