ok just recieved my 880 and go to add the java based im like i been using on my 860/870 and they dont have it available for the 880. this sucks. now i have to use aim the old way through tekniwap

ok sorry
i found the icon for it preloaded in the phone but says it can not authenticate my user id please call customer care. anyone else have thios problem

That sucks...I have the program on my phone...I have been using it. It works pretty well, but the biggest problem is that it constantly transmits data randomly back and forth, this leading to many missed calls.

ok i noticed a few things now
a) i m an idiot. i got so excited over the phone i didnt look at the java apps to see if it had it preinstalled
b) after calling tech support they said leave the phone on for about 15 min and it should work. well i fell asleep and woke up the next morning and it was working fine.
c) this aim is different in a way. now to type u press a button and it opens up a new page for you to type in
