Cingular 8125 MMS Settings

Just bought an 8125 and had it unlocked because I am an AT&T user. I've looked through this forum and many others to try to find an answer to my problem. By piecing together other posts and what has worked for others, I have the Edge settings working and can access my home WiFi OK. I can send text messages OK. I can not send or receive pictures via MMS and cannot send a Hotmail email (sits in outbox). The picture messages that I have tried to send indicate that they were sent but they never show up anywhere. Can you tell me what is wrong with my settings (see below)?

Connect via: The Internet (also tried The WAP Network)
